Doing sport differently
The latest guide in the Doing Life Differently series is written by and for people with lived experience of disability or health conditions and covers the benefits of sport and fitness, how you can get invloved – whether playing, watching or coaching. It’s not just for the next Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, but for everyone! It needn’t be competitive, it needn’t be hard work, it just needs to be fun. Download guide.
Wheels for All
Wheels for All embraces all children and adults with disabilities and differing needs, to engage in a quality cycling activity. By using specially adapted cycles, the activities are both physically and mentally stimulating and above all fun for everyone involved.
All the centres are equipped with specially adapted cycles and Wheels for All trained leaders, who have the knowledge and confidence to work with adapted cycles for participants to enjoy the benefits of cycling. The centres welcome individuals, groups and families to be involved.
